The Culture Tsar got its start as an inside joke about harshly declaring certain musical artists “Enemies of the People” for inflicting their poor tastes upon the listening masses. After getting off the ground as a Blogspot blog site about a decade ago, the Culture Tsar posted articles as a featured section on www.benjaminsperduto.com for several years before once again branching off to his own website in 2019.
